2. Services, Estimates, and Inspections

All work performed by Denali Roofing and Restorations is subject to a separate written contract between you and our company. Pricing, scope, materials, and timelines are established in that contract, not on this Site.

Inspections and estimates provided through the Site are no-obligation. Submitting a form or scheduling an inspection does not create a contractual commitment. Inspection appointments are subject to weather conditions, crew availability, and scheduling capacity, and may need to be rescheduled.

By scheduling an inspection, you grant Denali Roofing and Restorations and its representatives permission to access your property for the purpose of evaluating its condition, including roof access, exterior photography, and aerial/drone imagery as needed.

3. Content Accuracy and Certifications

We make reasonable efforts to keep Site content current and accurate. However, information on the Site — including certifications (e.g., GAF Certified Contractor), accreditations (e.g., BBB), review counts, star ratings, and years in business — may not reflect real-time status. Certifications and accreditations are subject to renewal and may change. Review counts and ratings are sourced from third-party platforms and displayed approximately.

We do not warrant that all information on the Site is complete, accurate, or up to date at the time you view it. Please verify current certifications and credentials directly with the issuing organization if this is important to your decision.

4. Insurance Claims Disclaimer

Information on the Site regarding insurance claims, storm damage restoration, and the claims process is provided for educational and informational purposes only. Denali Roofing and Restorations is a roofing contractor, not a licensed public adjuster, insurance agent, or legal advisor. These images may depict the exterior of your property but will not include identifying details (such as your name or address) without your separate written consent.

7. Intellectual Property

All content on the Site — including text, images, logos, graphics, and design — is the property of Denali Roofing and Restorations or its licensors and is protected by copyright and trademark law. When you submit information through our forms (such as your name, phone number, email address, property address, or project details), you grant us permission to use that information to contact you, provide estimates, schedule work, and deliver services.

This limitation does not apply to liability for physical services performed under a separate written contract.

13. Governing Law and Disputes
