Get The Work Done Now Pay Over Time

A roof problem can spread to the decking, insulation, and ceilings. Financing can help you start the needed work sooner and pay over time—subject to lender approval.

Financing Options

Two ways to review financing

You do not have to choose before you know what the roof needs. Once your estimate is ready, we'll show you where to review each option.

Service Finance Company logo

Service Finance

Service Finance offers installment financing for home improvement projects, including roofing. Denali can help you start the application after your written estimate is ready.

Your rate, term, and payment come from the financing agreement—not from Denali.

Acorn Finance logo

Acorn Finance

Acorn Finance lets you check personalized offers from a network of lenders, then compare them before deciding whether one fits your plans.

Checking for prequalified offers starts with a soft credit inquiry. A hard inquiry may occur if you move forward with an offer.

How It Works

Know the work before you decide how to pay

First, we inspect the roof and explain what needs attention. Then you get a written estimate you can review. If financing would help, you can look at lender terms before saying yes to anything.

Inspect the roof

We check the roof, document the condition with photos, and explain whether a repair or replacement makes sense.

Review the written estimate

You see the work we recommend and what it will cost before you consider financing.

Compare ways to pay

If financing would help, you can review an offer from Service Finance or compare offers through Acorn Finance.

What You Need

Know what to expect before you apply

Each lender asks for different information. These are the basics worth having nearby when you begin.

Your Denali estimate and the amount you want to finance.
Personal and contact information requested in the application.
Financial information the lender uses to review your application.
Time to read the rate, term, payment, fees, and credit-check disclosures.

Before You Decide

The lender sets the terms. You choose what fits.

Rates, terms, payment amounts, fees, and approvals vary by applicant and are subject to credit approval. Denali does not make credit decisions, set rates, or guarantee approval.

Our job is to give you an accurate roofing estimate and answer questions about the work. Take the time you need to read any financing offer before you accept it.

Financing is one option— not the only one

  • Use savings or another payment method you already planned.
  • Ask your bank or credit union about its roofing or home improvement options.
  • Review Service Finance or Acorn only if the terms work for you.

The online estimator gives you a rough range. After we inspect the roof, you’ll get a written estimate based on the work your home actually needs.
