We are based in Georgia and primarily serve homeowners and businesses in Georgia, with occasional work in surrounding states. This policy covers information collected through our Site, by phone, via text message, in person during inspections, and through other interactions with our company.

• Photographs and video of your property, including aerial/drone imagery, roof condition, and damage documentation
• Roof measurements and property characteristics obtained through on-site inspection or aerial measurement technology

2. How We Collect Information

5. Communications — Calls, Texts, AI Voice, and Email

Phone calls and text messages

By providing your phone number through our Site or scheduling system, you give prior express written consent for Denali Roofing and Restorations to contact you at that number using an automatic telephone dialing system, prerecorded voice, artificial voice, or AI-generated voice technology for purposes related to your inquiry, appointment, or project. AI-generated voice calls

We may use before-and-after project photographs on our website, social media, and marketing materials. These images may show the exterior of your property but will not include identifying information such as your name or street address unless you provide separate written consent.

If you do not want project photos used for marketing purposes, please let us know at any time and we will exclude your property from promotional materials.
