“Matt came out to give me an estimate on my roof. He was punctual, professional, and honest. We discussed details about home owner's insurance and other options. Great company!”

Start with us when you need clear roof findings, help preparing for an adjuster visit, or a second look at the insurance estimate.

We photograph the affected surfaces, explain whether the roof needs no work, a repair, or replacement, and give you written findings.

At your request, we can meet the insurance adjuster, point out the roof conditions we documented, and answer questions about materials and installation.

We compare the insurance company’s estimate with our written roofing plan and note roof work or materials that appear on one list but not the other.

We explain what the roof needs and what the work costs. Your insurance agent or company answers questions about coverage, deductibles, and filing a claim.

Choose the situation closest to yours. You will see the clearest next step and who handles it.
Good place to start
Start with the roof. We photograph the affected surfaces, explain whether the roof needs no work, a repair, or replacement, and give you written findings. An inspection does not open a claim.
At each step, we document the roof and explain what comes next.

Step 01 of 04
Inspect and Photograph the Roof
We handle the roof. You stay in charge of the claim. Your insurance company interprets the policy and decides what it covers.
Will Denali contact my insurance company?
Only when you ask us to participate. We do not file the claim, sign as your representative, or negotiate with the insurance company on your behalf.
No insurance company contact without your request
What if the roof does not need insurance work?
We tell you whether the roof needs no work, a repair, or replacement and price that work. Your insurance agent or company answers questions about the policy and deductible.
Written findings before a roofing recommendation
Can Denali tell me whether the claim will be approved?
No. We explain the roof conditions and the work they require. Your insurance company decides whether the policy covers that work.
The insurance company decides coverage
A denial can be frustrating. Denali can keep documenting the roof and explain what the work requires. If you want help disputing the insurance decision, that guidance must come from a licensed public adjuster or attorney.
A licensed public adjuster can represent you in the claim and may charge a fee tied to the claim.
An attorney can give legal advice about the policy, denial, and available legal remedies.
Appraisal is a process some policies offer for disputes about the cost of covered work. Ask your insurance company or attorney whether your policy includes it and whether it fits the dispute.
You may choose to pay for roofing work that the insurance company does not include.
Denali can document roof conditions and explain code, material, and installation requirements while you direct the claim.
Denali Roofing & Restoration
Schedule a roof inspection before small roof problems turn into expensive surprises.
A few insurance terms matter. Here is what they mean and which questions belong with Denali.
What does the inspection cost?
Before you schedule, we tell you whether there is a charge for the inspection or written documentation.
Do you work with all insurance companies?
Our roofing report is based on the conditions we see, not the insurance company’s name. Each company controls its own claim process and coverage decision.
What is the difference between actual cash value and replacement cost coverage?
Actual cash value is the cost to repair or replace damaged property after subtracting for age and wear. Replacement cost is the cost to repair or replace it with similar materials without that subtraction. Your policy controls when and how payments are made, so confirm the details with your insurance agent or company.
What is recoverable depreciation?
It is money the insurance company may hold back until eligible work is complete. Whether it can be paid later depends on your policy. Ask your insurance company what documents it needs.
What if the insurance estimate is too low or my claim is denied?
Ask the insurance company for a written, itemized explanation. Depending on your policy and situation, the next step may involve a licensed public adjuster, an attorney, policy appraisal, paying the difference, or continued roof documentation with Denali.
What is a public adjuster, and do I need one?
A licensed public adjuster can represent a policyholder in a claim and may charge a fee. Denali is not a public adjuster and cannot tell you whether hiring one is right for your situation.
How long will the claim take?
The insurance company controls the claim timeline. Denali can give you a roofing schedule once the work and authorization are clear.
Will filing a claim raise my premium?
Denali cannot predict how a claim may affect your policy or premium. Ask your insurance agent or company about your policy and claim history.
